What We Believe

Our commitment started with our founder and CEO, Kristi Alford-Haarberg. She founded this company more than a decade ago as a woman-owned business. Kristi was passionate about creating an inclusive culture where people are more than employees. She has developed a culture where top talent is rewarded and has clear career paths to grow. A place where every employee has a voice and brings ideas to the table. This culture has helped to not only build E2 Optics into an industry leader, but also created a family culture where all employees know they are valued.

We strive to ensure all our people know they are valued from the moment we hire them through the milestones of their careers here. That’s why at E2 Optics, Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity are not a program – It’s Just in Our DNA.
